My parcel is damaged. What can I do?

If your parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, you may refuse to accept it. GLS will then return the parcel to the depot and notify the sender.

If the contents are damaged, please contact the sender directly. GLS is not permitted to inspect the contents of parcels during transit.
