First, check the status of your parcel using the GLS Parcel Tracking service. To do this, enter the parcel number provided by the sender. If you do not have this number, please contact the sender to request it.
You should also check for a notification card, which the driver leaves if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. The card will indicate where your parcel is, for example with a neighbour or at a GLS ParcelShop. It will also include your Track ID, which you can use for parcel tracking.
If tracking does not resolve your query, please contact GLS directly on 01860 6200 (standard network charges apply; mobile charges may vary). Our team will be happy to assist you. Please have your parcel number or Track ID ready so we can help you as quickly as possible.
